Our Interventions
1. Health Education & Disease Prevention: CCF conducts community-based awareness campaigns on hygiene, nutrition, maternal and child health, and communicable disease prevention. These initiatives help reduce disease outbreaks and empower families with the knowledge and practices needed to maintain good health. - Emergency Health & Nutrition Response: In contexts of crisis, displacement, or drought, we deploy rapid response teams to deliver essential healthcare services, manage malnutrition cases, and support outbreak prevention in affected communities.
